ROTHERFIELD FC RECEIVE AWARDS AT LEAGUE AGM

At the Gray Hooper Holt LLP Mid-Sussex Football League AGM on Tuesday 15 July, Rotherfield received a number of accolades.

Firstly, Elliot Ridley-Smith was the recipient of the Club Assistant Referee of the Season award. This is the third win for Elliot & is recognition from referees throughout the season as to his excellence.

Our Reserves were runners up in the Sportsmanship trophy, for all 115 teams in the league, only very narrowly pipped at the post!

This shows that the success achieved during last season is possible without compromising behaviour.

Finally the Reserves were the clear winners of the Division 3S merit table. This reflects on field achievements, referee marks for sportmanship & off field team administration. Again a fantastic achievement. The club won £150 for this win from the generous sponsorship of the league by Gray Hooper Holt LLP.
