PITCHES RATED GOOD TO HIGH

Pitches rated Good to High on latest PitchPower report

Despite a very hot summer with associated hose pipe ban (which is still in force) that did have a detrimental effect on the recreation ground pitches, our latest PitchPower report has graded the bottom pitch as Good, our mini soccer pitches as Advanced/High & once again the main pitch achieves the top grade of High.

Lots of work & lots of money goes into maintaining our pitches!

The next step is a meeting with the Grounds Management Association Regional Pitch Advisor & SCFA Facilities Manager to explore how we maintain the pitches at the current level or higher given climate changes, increased use & budget pressures.
